What Dumbify is

Dumbify helps you say what you think will happen and then buy an option that pays if you are right. It is software. It is not a broker, an exchange, a custodian, or an advisor. Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice.

Your keys, your funds

Dumbify is non-custodial. We do not hold your keys and we do not hold your funds. Sign-in and the wallet are provided by Privy. The keys stay with you, in the wallet Privy creates. Dumbify cannot move your funds on its own. A transfer happens only when you sign it.

Other companies do the rest

Paradex is the venue where the option is listed, quoted, and settled. Privy handles sign-in and the embedded wallet. LayerSwap is one way to move USDC onto Paradex. Each of them has its own terms. Dumbify does not control their systems, their outages, or their decisions about who they will serve. Paradex's terms are at paradex.trade/terms-of-service. Places Paradex does not serve are listed at paradex.trade/restricted-persons.

Fees

Dumbify's own fee on a fill is 2 basis points of notional (0.02%), and that fee is capped at 12.5% of the option premium. That is the fee this beta is built to charge. It is a Dumbify product setting, not a Paradex fee, and counsel and the venue still have to confirm how it is collected. Paradex may charge its own fees on top. A quote shows the numbers before you accept. You can walk away from a quote.

The beta

This is a beta. Access may be limited to an invite list. Trades and deposits may be capped. Features can break, change, or disappear. We do not guarantee that a quote will fill, that a bridge will arrive, that the service will stay up, or that you will be able to get your money out on a particular schedule. Read the Risk Disclosure before you trade.

Who may use it

You confirm that you are allowed to use Dumbify and Paradex where you are, and that you are not in a restricted jurisdiction. If we believe you are, we can refuse a trade, a deposit, a withdrawal, or an account. Blocking a country code is not a complete check. You are responsible for whether the law where you live allows this.

What you must not do

Do not use a VPN or any other trick to hide a restricted location. Do not try to break the caps, the invite list, or another person's account. Do not use Dumbify for anything illegal.
